He also sold his own business in 2008 and understands how business owners feel through the process of selling their business. He has experience specifically in managing and selling retail manufacturing and distribution businesses.
Paul developed a name as “The What’s Next? Guy”, over his ten years at the Successful Transition Planning Institute, where he helped business owners decide whether to sell, transfer or wind down their companies, and discover the next phase of their life and career. He uses this deep experience when working with business owners on the sale of their companies, which is one of the most critical points in their professional life.
Paul consults business owners independently and is a public speaker, having presented on business topics at colleges and universities such Harvard Business School, Northeastern University, Babson College and Bentley University, as well as law firms, CPA societies, and professional associations. Paul has a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
