"I recently had the pleasure of working with Sarah Grossman of Baystate Business Brokers in the sale of my business. Sarah was very detail oriented and helped educate me and guide me through the process. She recommended a formal business valuation by a 3rd party. This helped in setting a selling price and giving potential buyer’s confidence in the validity of the price. Sarah brought a number of potential buyers to the table and always followed up after each meeting and gave me useful feedback. Being part of a franchise, the sale negotiation was complex (essentially it was a 3 way deal) and Sarah worked diligently to keep the process moving. I also valued her judgment on when to stand firm and when to compromise in a difficult negotiation. Her advice definitely contributed to the sale going through.
Based on Sarah’s professionalism displayed and her ability to get the deal done, I would highly recommend BayState Business Brokers."
